How do I place an order?

Please send your complete order information with the following: your name, mobile contact number, full delivery address, valid government-issued ID (one-time for new customers), and any delivery requests/ instructions.

 

Due to high customer volume, please allow 5 to 15 minutes for a response.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Please allow up to two hours for your order to arrive, after your order has been confirmed. We will contact you prior to arrival and upon arrival. Feel free to leave any delivery requests/ instructions when placing your order; we will do our best to accommodate.

What time is your last call for Same Day Delivery?

The last call time for delivery on Monday to Sunday is 9:59pm EST . Operation time may vary due to holidays.

What form of payments do you accept?

We are currently accepting Cash (preferred) and EMTs, however there is a slight $5 transaction fee for all EMTs.

How does your discounts and loyalty program work?

We truly believe in giving back to the community, that is why we created a loyalty program where you are able to receive 15% off any purchase. All you’ll have to do is collect 10 business cards with every purchase over $60 to qualify.

As to the discounts, all sale items are displayed with adjusted pricing. If you’ve received a discount code from us, that can be applied during checkout. However, discounts can’t be stacked and can’t be applied on already sale items or combos.

Are your photos real?

All our product images are taken by our in house photographer using our very own products.
